Performance Fee:


Delta charges a performance fee of 15% to 20% of monthly investment gains (depending on initial investment).

Responsible for implementing and enforcing compliance policies.


12.2 Annual Compliance Review:


Policies are reviewed at least annually.


12.3 Employee Training:


Mandatory upon hiring and annually thereafter.

Firm seeks best execution on all trades.


14.2 Trade Allocation:


Trades allocated fairly among clients.


14.3 Personal Trading:


Employees must pre-clear personal trades.


15. Information Security and Data Protection


  • Use encrypted systems

  • Mandatory VPN for remote access

  • Secure handling of documents


16. Marketing and Communications


All marketing materials must be approved by the CCO and must be truthful and not misleading.


17. Record Keeping


Records maintained according to SEC Rule 204-2, including:

  • Client agreements

  • Trade records

  • Communications

  • Financial records


18. Business Continuity Plan (BCP)


Written BCP in place to ensure operations during disruptions. Tested annually.


19. Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct


All employees must follow the Firm’s Code of Ethics and uphold integrity and professionalism.


20. Incident Response and Reporting


Any violation of internal policies must be reported immediately to the CCO for investigation and corrective action.
